TidyCrew – Cleaning Services (Cape Town)

By booking a service with Tidy Crew, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings

• All bookings are confirmed once agreed via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if property details differ on arrival.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Access to Property

• Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If access is not provided, the booking may be charged or rescheduled.

4. Scope of Service

• Our cleaning services include standard tasks agreed upon during booking.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Payment

• Payment terms will be confirmed before or after service depending on agreement.
• Payment is required upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

6. Satisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

7. Liability

• Tidy Crew takes care when cleaning all properties.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed, or unsafe conditions.
